School is Almost out!! ^_^

Now that school is just about finished and I only have a few more projects and an oral test, I will be finishing an Illustrator drawing that I have been working on for a few months now. I was hoping to have it done in time for 5k pageviews.. but it seems that it will have to be submitted a little after.

Windows Crashes Different!!

Okay... um, I am looking to see if anyone has run across this problem:
WindowXP 32 bit
Unable to open:
ANY Folders
(Explore) Folders
My Computer
Control Panel
Search
But is able to:
Run any program (one short-cut or start-up menu)
Open files using programs
Task Manager works
Windows open and close it normally
Anti-virus/spyware find nothing wrong
If Folders are opened:
Explore.exe crashes and is forced to restart (computer does not restart)
When Explore.exe crashes all items on desktop and taskbar disappear; leaving only the background, until Explore.exe re-starts.
If you have any idea of a possible solution please inform me!
